Return Guidelines

Vehicle Return Timing

• Vehicles must be returned by the date and time specified in your rental agreement.

• A grace period of up to 1 hour may be allowed without charge, subject to availability.

• Returns delayed between 1–3 hours may incur a partial fee. Over 3 hours is billed as a full day.

Drop-Off Locations

• Standard drop-off is at our Al Barsha 1 office, Dubai, unless otherwise arranged in writing.

• Alternate drop-off within Dubai can be scheduled in advance for a small service fee.

• Nationwide drop-off services may be available upon request.

Vehicle Condition Upon Return

• Cars must be returned clean, smoke-free, and in the same condition they were delivered in.

• New damages (scratches, tire wear, windshield cracks, interior stains) will be charged to the customer.

• No smoking is permitted in any vehicle. Cleaning fees apply if violated.

Charges & Deposits

Fuel Policy

• Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as received.

• If fuel is missing, a refueling charge will be applied based on market rates plus a service fee.

Traffic Fines & Salik

• All Salik / Darb (toll) charges and traffic fines during your rental period are your responsibility.

• Fines may be deducted from your deposit or invoiced separately as soon as we are notified by authorities.

Security Deposit & Refund Timeline

• A refundable security deposit is required at the start of your rental (amount varies by vehicle type).

• The deposit is held to cover possible fines, damages, or policy violations during the rental period.

• Deposit refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, provided there are no pending issues.

Late Return Charges

• A 1-hour grace period is allowed for returns beyond the scheduled time.

• Returns delayed 1–3 hours may be charged a partial day’s rental fee.

• Delays over 3 hours are typically charged as a full additional day.

24/7 Customer Support

• We offer round-the-clock support for all rental-related inquiries, breakdowns, or emergencies.

After-Hours Return

• Late-night or early-morning returns can be arranged in advance with our team.

• Please notify us at least 4 hours prior if returning outside regular business hours.

• Unarranged after-hours returns may delay deposit refunds or incur additional handling fees.

Replacement Vehicles

• In case of a breakdown, we will provide a replacement vehicle as soon as possible, subject to availability.

• Ensure you obtain a police report for any accidents to remain eligible for insurance and replacement support.

Cancellations & Refunds

Free Cancellation Window

• Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

• To cancel, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your reservation details.

Late Cancellations

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may incur a one-day rental charge.

• No-show customers (who do not cancel and fail to pick up the vehicle) will not be refunded.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Insurance & Liability

Standard Insurance Coverage

• All vehicles come with standard Third-Party Liability (TPL) insurance as per UAE law.

• This covers damage or injury caused to other vehicles or individuals during a rental incident.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

• CDW can be added for an extra daily fee, reducing your liability for vehicle damage.

• Customers with a valid UAE license held for 1 year or more are eligible for CDW.

• CDW does not cover negligence, off-road use, or driving under the influence.

Customer Liability

• In the event of an accident, a police report is mandatory for insurance to be valid.

• If no report is obtained, the customer will bear full liability for damages and related costs.

• Insurance is void in cases of reckless driving, unauthorized drivers, or traffic violations.

Exclusions

• Insurance does not cover tire punctures, loss of keys, or interior damage due to negligence.

• Driving off-road or to unauthorized destinations voids all insurance coverage.

Delivery & Collection Policy

Delivery Service

• We offer car delivery to your preferred location in Dubai and across the UAE, subject to availability.

• Delivery is typically available between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM daily.

• Same-day delivery may be available for bookings confirmed before 4:00 PM.

• A nominal delivery fee may apply depending on your location and distance from our Al Barsha office.

Collection (Vehicle Pick-Up)

• At the end of your rental period, our team can collect the vehicle from your designated location.

• Collections must be scheduled at least 3 hours in advance to ensure availability.

• Additional charges may apply for collections from airports or outside Dubai city limits.

Airport Services

• We offer car delivery and collection at major UAE airports including DXB, DWC, and AUH.

• Airport service fees apply and will be quoted during the booking process.

• Customers must provide accurate flight details to ensure timely service.

Customer Responsibilities

• Please be present at the agreed time and location during both delivery and collection.

• Have your Emirates ID or passport, driver’s license, and payment confirmation ready at delivery.

• Ensure the vehicle is returned in the same condition to avoid cleaning or damage fees.

Rental Agreement Enforcement

• All rentals are subject to the terms and conditions signed by the renter at the time of vehicle delivery.

• Violation of the rental agreement (e.g., unauthorized driver, off-road use, traffic violations) will result in full liability and possible termination of rental without refund.

Jurisdiction

• All legal matters, disputes, or claims will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
