If you return the vehicle a little late (under 1 hour), we may waive the charge. For longer delays, additional charges may apply. Just inform us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Dubai has strict driving laws. Speeding, using a mobile phone while driving, and unsafe lane changes are common violations. Roads are monitored by traffic cameras, so following the rules is essential to avoid fines.
12. Can I drive the rental car off-road?
No. All our vehicles — including SUVs — are meant for use on well-maintained roads only. Off-roading is not allowed and will void your rental agreement and insurance coverage.
13. What should I do if the rental car breaks down or I’m in an accident?
We're here for you, anywhere in the UAE. In case of an emergency: - Call the police and get a report (required for insurance) - Do not move the car unless it’s safe to do so - Call our emergency line at +971 50 724 4511 We’ll assist you with roadside help or a replacement vehicle.
14. What’s your fuel policy?
Return the car with the same fuel level as when you received it. If the tank is low, refueling + service charges will apply.
15. What is Salik, and how is it billed?
Salik is Dubai’s toll road system. Our cars are fitted with Salik tags, and AED 5 is charged automatically each time you pass a toll gate. The charges will be added to your final invoice.
16. Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes — free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. For changes, just contact us by phone or WhatsApp.

Currently, our rental cars are not permitted for cross-border travel to Oman. All vehicles must remain within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) throughout the rental period.
33. Why can’t I take the rental car to Oman?
Due to insurance restrictions and border policies, we’re unable to cover cross-border travel. Our rental agreement specifically limits vehicle usage to within the UAE.
34. What if I still want to travel to Oman — do you offer any alternatives?
We recommend you park your rental car near the UAE-Oman border and cross into Oman via taxi or hire a local vehicle there. Our team can assist with drop-off options near the border.
35. Will I be fined or penalized if I drive the rental car to Oman without permission?
Yes. Unauthorized travel outside the UAE is considered a violation of the rental agreement, and may result in termination of insurance coverage, fines, and potential legal liability.
36. Are there any car rental companies in the UAE that allow cross-border travel to Oman?
